Laurel View Derby Dilemmas’

The tail end of a hurricane put paid to the August leg of the Outdoor Derby League, by September the ground was too hard to run on grass for the conclusion of the Outdoor League, so the course was built on the all-weather surface.  Then moving indoors for the first of the Indoor League on 5^th October proved quite premature, when the weather was so good that most folk preferred outdoor pursuits.

 

Anyhow those competitors that made it along to Laurel View to compete were rewarded with twisting, turning courses to test their agility, mental and physical. At the final in mid-September qualifying winners went home very happy indeed with their winnings.  Well done to each and every one of the competitors for coming along and giving it a go.  See what the Equi-Tog cameras captured by emailing info@equi-tog.com

 

The Derby course continues indoors for the second leg of the Indoor Derby League on Sunday 16^th November. The start time will still be 12.30pm, giving the 60cm competitors the run of the course first.
