Attention Amateur Riders – Connell Hill Needs You
Connell Hill, Randalstown Co. Antrim, will host the two day ‘Ulster Amateur Rider Of The Year Show’, on Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th September at 9.30 am. This show has huge sponsorship where prizes will be presented 1st to 8th place in all classes. Saturday classes Welcome Stakes, Power and Speed 2 Phase and Amateur Derby. Sunday Classes Speed and Power and Grand Prix Ulster Region Points Cup, with artistic tracks designed by Mr Killian Clarke. Sponsors for these classes are Beak Enterprize, Clare Trailers, Barr Tec, Jazz Sports Horses and Lamborgini Hats with Burton Sports Horses sponsoring novelty prizes and Leading Rider Award sponsors George Fulton and SJM Security, with on site photographer ‘Jim Prime Photography’. Venue stabling available per night or the duration of the show which must be pre booked. A Bar-B-Que and Disco will be held on the Saturday night, tickets are £10.00, obtainable from Alistair Barr, Gillian or Grace. This show promises to be one of huge competition combined with entertainment and certainly one show not to be missed.
