The first week of the all money showjumping league at Knockagh View Equestrian centre, Greenisland took place on Sunday. The league continues on Sunday’s 15th June, 20th July, 17th August and the final on 21st September. The prize fund accumulates each week with £2 per entry going to the pot for the final! Jumping starts each week at 11am with 60cms to 1.20M. Each week the course is designed by SJI National course designer Alistair Megahey. Jessica Davidson had a good day with her pony Sovvy winning the 60cms class and taking 3rd on the 70cm class, the consistent partnership of Megan Ingram and Thizbee also had a good day winning the 70′s and taking 4th in the 80′s. Leeann Nesbitt had a flying clear round to top the 80cm class just in front of Chloe Hope with Topcat who also finished 2nd in the 70′s. Giving us the only clear in the 90′s to take the red rosette was Kerrie Irwin and snowflake, Lesley Wilson and Lyleview Martell took top spot in the
1M class. There was super jumping in the 1.10M and 1.20M classes from Alison McClean and Alison Crothers to win a class each.

All Silver Show at Knockagh
On Sunday 25th May Knockagh View Equestrian Centre, Greenisland is holding an All Silver Show with showjumping from 30cms to 1M and ridden classes from lead rein to racehorse to riding horse! Arena 1 – Showjumping starts at 11am and Arena 2 – ridden classes starts at 12 noon. Entry on the day, for more information call Ruth on 07732809188.
