Week ending 3rd November 2013, results Ravensdale Lodge Equestrian & Event Centre.

After the success of the Bumper Halloween Show last Sunday Ravemsdale Lodge returned to its normal run of shows this week. There were large turn out’s on Thursday for the Tonino Lamborghini SJI registered indoor horse show and the Botanica International indoor horse & pony training league on Friday evening. Registered jumping continues this week on Thursday from 11am with six registered classes from 80cm (M) to 1.30m (M) from 11am, there are also two training classes (70cm & 80cm) which will be run off before 11am. Horse & pony training continues on Friday evening from 5.30pm with the usual sponsored classes from X poles to 1.10m. The Horse First indoor arena eventing league continues on Saturday from 3pm with the 70cm class which will be followed by the 85cm class at 4pm and the 1m class from 5pm. The charity prize fund in the O’ Reillys Wholesalers Newry indoor dressage league is heading towards €800 and this fund will be divided evenly between the four classes. Each league winner can nominate the charity of their choice and a cheque will be donated to each charity on the final day of the league (Sunday 15th December). This league continues each Sunday to 15th December and remember each entry counts towards the charity prize fund, there will also be €400 towards prizes in the final all courtesy of O’ Reillys Wholesalers Newry.
