Arvalee Working Hunter League launched for second year

arvaleeAfter their successful Working Hunter arena at Omagh Show during the summer, the Arvalee Riding Club committee are pleased to announce the start of their 2nd annual Working Hunter League. The league will run over a shortened format with 4 qualifying legs, as with last year cash prizes will be paid to those eligible and on the final day. With the first date: Saturday 19th October at the RDA Centre, Omagh, the countdown has well and truly begun.

Pony classes will commence at 10am and will run a full programme of classes to suit all abilities. Whilst horses will commence at 2.30 with a 55cms Newcomer class, then running classes to 1m, including a small hunter class.

Rosettes will be awarded on the day with £2 per entry going into the final prize funds for cash prizes on the final day.

The league will also contain qualifiers for the 2014 Northern Ireland Festival, to be held in April 2014 at Cavan Equestrian Centre, further details will be released at a later date regarding these.
