‘Gusty’ Does Aimee Proud at Connell Hill’s Training Show
Connell Hills Training Show on Friday night saw competitors turn out immaculately to jump great tracks designed in the first class indoor arena. This facility is ideal for schooling your young horse, introducing it to the world of competition, gaining confidence and indeed getting to know your new horse. Rebecca Saunderson and ‘Tabasco’ opened the show jumping a clear round in the x-poles class with Ella Hill on ‘Pumpkin’ jumping clear in the 30/40 cm class. Cherie McHugh then introduced ‘Storm’ to competition jumping clear in the 50 cm class. The course then adjusted for the 60 cm class saw Charlotte Greer jump a well controlled double clear on ‘Shalico’. ‘Gusty’ does Aimee Jenkins proud opening the 70 cm class with a superb double clear and then go on to jump double clear in the 80 cm class with Amanda Barr on ‘Izzy’.
Training show will continue next Friday night at 6.30 pm, x-poles – 1.0 m, where everyone is welcome.
