Quinn and the David Scally owned son of Poltarf, were the only combination to break the 29 second barrier, to take a win in the 10th round of the series at a busy Tattersalls show which attracted huge numbers of competitors.
Angela Percy finished just under two tenths of a second behind with the Dermott Lennon owned Zowiezo to take runner-up spot, while Alexander Butler slotted into third place with HS Copperhead Cruise.
Northern rider James Hogg took fourth place with Always On My Mind, with Waterford army rider Capt Geoff Curran finishing fifth aboard Ringwood Abbey. Each of the top six recorded double clear rounds, including Jennifer Kuehnle and Chaitanya 2 who finished sixth.
The Pegus Leinster Summer Tour now moves to South County Dublin show on Sunday July 2nd.
