Dressage at Portmore
The new dressage series at Portmore Equestrian Centre has been well supported with a good turnout in its first and second week. Competitions will continue on Wednesday evenings with classes starting at 5pm and two arenas running to avoid long waiting times. A new idea of ‘pick your own test’ has been very successful as riders have been able to chose a test they may be using to compete at the weekend to gain valuable insight into where they can gain marks, while intro, newcomers, prelim and novice tests are also offered. Entries close each Monday prior to the Wednesday night of competitions and entry fees are £10 per class.
