Gransha Charity Derby League
The Charity Derby League at Gransha Equestrian Centre has been a great success both for the nominated charity and the competitors.
The first two weeks’ competitions enjoyed beautiful weather, great ground conditions and well presented courses.
The final leg of the league is on this coming Saturday and is open to all comers. The classes start at 60cm and go up to 1m and are split into juniors and seniors.
The results so far are as follows:-
Week One.
60cm Juniors. 1st Niamh Martin on Mix & Match, 2nd Josh Getty on Autumn, 3rd Lara Kelly on Tootsie. Seniors – 1st Claire Cobbin on Louie, 2nd Vicky Clegg on Alfie. Pairs – Gail and Valerie McKie on Crossown Penny and Song of Sixpence.
70cm Juniors. 1st Phoebe Beaumont on Henfynyw Gaucho. Seniors – 1st Jo McGrath on Seaside Special, 2nd Pauline Foster on Madison Diamond, 3rd Aaron Nicholl on Mrs. Doyle.
