Pegus Indoor Eventing League Gets Underway

| January 20, 2013

As the third week of the Indoor Eventing league at Gransha gets underway we are delighted to announce that Pegus Horse Feeds will again be our main sponsor.  Pegus Horse Feeds (manufactured by John Thompson & Sons) are supplying vouchers for a bag of feed in the 70cm and 80cm classes on each of the qualifying nights aswell as Pegus cooler rugs and Pegus jackets for the final night.

Sponsoring the 90cm and 1m classes is HorseWorld NI.  This mobile tackshop is owned by Vicky Cunningham and stocks everything for horse and rider, from show gear and saddles and bridles to everyday essentials like gloves and yard boots.  Vicky stocks a wide selection of brands such as Charles Owen, Equetech, Pikeur and Kingsland to name but a few.  Gift vouchers will again be drawn for the clear rounds on each of the qualifying nights along with Horseworld NI rugs and saddle cloths for the finalists.

The competition itself consists of approx. 18 fences which are a combination of show jumps, working hunter type fences and portable cross country jumps.  Competitors aiming to win some of the fantastic prizes on offer on the final night must compete in 6 out of the 8 weeks with the final taking place on Tuesday 5th March.  Kick off is 7pm with the 70cm class and competitors have plenty of space to warm up in the large floodlit arena.

Making light work of the testing track designed by Mark Robinson BHSI on week two were the following horse and r

ider combinations:
