Knockagh View Equestrian Centre held their first exciting outdoor derby of the season on Sunday 12th May. Despite the torrential rain the surface in the outdoor arena was superb and the course was excellently designed by Alistair Megahey. All competitors enjoyed the lane element of the course including a ditch and platform and were even more delighted with the gorgeous rosettes at the end. Victoria Finch and Shannon lead the 60cms, the consistent pair of Charlotte hardimg and Safety first flew round in super style to win the 75cms class, Debbie Geddis and spirit jumped a clear to win the 85cms class and Bianca McIlnea with Rosso Tromonto took all the turns to top the 95cm class. The next outdoor derby is on Sunday 16th June and definately should not be missed. Entries already coming in, check out our website for details
