Weather conditions were extremely trying at Tyrella for the Iveagh Spring Derby with the show jumping course in particular falling victim to the incredibly strong winds that prevailed in the morning.  However due the the abundance of hard work put in by an extremely hard working committee from Iveagh Pony Club the day was still an overwhelming success.

Over 150 competitors took on the cross country course with many achieving double clears and all enjoying the chance to finally get back to the popular Tyrella grass for a jump and gallop!

Thanks to all who contributed to make this event the success that it was, the competitors who turned out regardless of the weather and congratulations to all double clears on the day.
