Tattersalls Ireland has announced that the Tattersalls Ireland July Show in association with the Rolestown Show and Ward Union Hunt will take place on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th July 2013. The schedule comprises of a variety of classes from Showing to Working Hunter to Show Jumping to Racehorse to Riding Horse to Team Hunt Chase to Irish Pony Society classes.

The Show will hold qualifying Classes for the 2013 Horse of the Year Show in the National Equestrian Centre in Birmingham on 9th – 13th October and the 2013 National Hunter Supreme Championship Show on 2nd – 4th September in Slapton, Burks. There is something for all the family throughout the weekend with bouncy castles, a dog show along with ringside action of the highest level of equestrianism Ireland has to offer.

Speaking on the announcement of the dates, Tattersalls Ireland’s Managing Director Roger Casey commented;
“The Tattersalls Ireland July Show now holds a prominent place on the equestrian calendar in what is its ninth year and this year’s show promises to again live up to expectations. After the success of this year’s Tattersalls International Horse Trials & Country Fair, we are delighted to continue to develop Tattersalls Ireland’s reputation as an equestrian centre of excellence and the July Show in association with the Rolestown Show and Ward Union Hunt offers us another opportunity to welcome top class riders of a different equestrian discipline. Admission is free again this year with donations encouraged in aid of the St Francis Hospice.”

Cian O’Connor, 2012 Olympic Bronze Medallist and a local to Tattersalls Ireland commented ”Tattersalls Ireland is a fantastic venue and I am delighted to have a show of this calibre right on my door step. Tattersalls Ireland continues to grow as an equestrian venue and I am looking forward to competing at the upcoming July Show.”
