<div>Former world champion Dermott Lennon has been installed as favourite with Loughview Lou-Lou at 11/4, while Captain Michael Kelly (Drumillier Lough) and Catherine Thornton (Derryinver Luxury Cruise) are joint second favourites at 9/2.</div>

<div>Some of the other fancied pairings include Francis Connors (Hyperion) and Neal Fearon (Dree Boeken&#8217;s Grossos Roeschen) who have both opened at 7/1, while Eventing rider Michael Ryan from Limerick is priced at 25/1.</div>

<div>The Underwriting Exchange Limited “Jumping In The City” was launched by Minister Simon Coveney recently and will see top level show jumping horses compete in the in-field of Greyhound Stadia for the very first time, in a collaboration between Horse Sport Ireland, Showjumping Ireland and the Irish Greyhound Board.</div>

<div>A host of big names from the sport of show jumping are among the Jumping In The City starters, which begins at Limerick Greyhound Stadium this Friday June 5th, with Cork Greyhound Stadium in Curraheen Park chosen to host the second night of action on Friday June 12th, while the final will take place at Shelbourne Park, Dublin on June 26th.</div>

<div>An action packed evening of entertainment will conclude with a performance by top percussion group Extreme Rhythm, who in the past have performed on X-Factor alongside pop super-star Kelly Clarkson.</div>

<div>While reserved table bookings for the event are completely sold out, general admission tickets for The Underwriting Exchange Jumping In The City can be purchased in advance by phoning 1890 269 969 and tickets will also be available at the gate.</div>

<p>The massive red wall is today standing in the very heart of Limerick City on O’Connell Street, at the world record height of 2.4meters (7ft 10 inches) while tomorrow Saturday, the wall will be built at the famous Thomond Park Rugby Stadium, with up to 25,000 spectators expected as Munster welcome Ospreys for a crucial Pro12 semi final.</p>
<p>The Devenish Puissance Wall will then move to Thurles and will be built outside Semple Stadium on Sunday, as Limerick take on Clare in the Munster Senior Hurling Championship Quarter-Final, where up to 50,000 GAA fans are set to attend.</p>
<p>Devenish Nutrition will sponsor all three Puissance competitions at The Underwriting Exchange Limited &#8220;Jumping In The City&#8221;, which also features the Underwriting Exchange Grand Prix and Ifor Willams Amateur competition.</p>

<p>JUMPING In The City, which was announced in Dublin on Wednesday, is a radical new initiative to bring show jumping into greyhound stadia in cities during the summer.</p>
<p>Launched at Shelbourne Park Greyhound Stadium by Simon Coveney TD, Minister for Agriculture, Food, the Marine and Defence, Jumping In The City will take place in greyhound stadia in Limerick, Cork and Dublin on Friday nights during the month of June. It hopes to attract not just show jumping fans but also people looking for an alternative experience on their Friday night out.</p>
<p>Run by Horse Sport Ireland in conjunction with the Irish Greyhound Board and Show Jumping Ireland, Jumping In The City will see three different classes of competition each night, including an amateur series for grassroots riders, a Grand Prix for Ireland&#8217;s top riders and the big crowd favourite &#8211; a puissance where riders try to jump a huge red wall as it is built progressively higher.</p>

All events start at 6.30 and will run to 11pm.</p>
<p>The Jumping In The City Series will be in support of Special Olympics Ireland Equestrian Athletes travelling to represent Ireland at the World Summer Games 2015.</p>
