The fun continued on Wednesday 15^th July for the third week of jumping at Gransha Equestrian Centre.  Competitors navigated their way around 8 showjumps before jumping out of the Antwerp Arena into the cross country field.  The course then comprised of a variety of portable cross country jumps and the permanent ditches and banks to give the horses and riders plenty to look at.

Karina McVeigh with Cheyenne kicked off proceedings by winning the senior 65cm class.  Paulene Foster claimed 2^nd with Maddy while Lynsey McAleer and Cinders took 3^rd.  Fourth place went to Nicola Campbell and Santi and 5^th to Eleanor Brown and Jack.  Winning the 75cm senior section was Joanne Cairns with Apache with Hester Kelly and Kizzy coming  2^nd and Louise McMinn and Bravo taking 3^rd.  Karen Jeffrey and Junior were 4^th followed by Lindsey McMullan on Lady in 5^th.  The junior section winners were Caitlin McKecknie and the very reliable pony Fatboy.  Regan McKee and Chleo took 2^nd just ahead of Lara Kelly and Rex.

85cm senior 1st Gemma Crooks Mia

Michael Burgess navigated his mare ‘Maggie’ around the course to win the junior 85cm class just ahead of Cerys Howell and ‘Alfie.’  Our senior winners were Gemma Crooks riding Mia, 2^nd was Michelle McConnell with Bob and 3^rd Sarah Brashaw with Rua.

Hannah Ewart had a victory in the 95cm class with Brandy while Cerys Howell won the junior section with Lulu.
